Cache Deletion Request Following the Partial Site Renewal

Thank you for using the Long-term Care Tech Portal.
The top page design of the Long-term Care Tech Portal was renewed.
Depending on your environment, site information (cache) may remain on your browser and cause distortion or other problems with the display.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you experience any display problems, please delete the cache information by the following methods.

[For PC]
● For Windows
Press the "Ctrl + F5" keys to refresh the page.
● For Mac
Press the "Command + R" keys to refresh the page.
* If the above methods fail to resolve the problem, please take the following actions.

■ Internet Explorer 11
1. From the "Tools" menu in the menu bar, select "Internet options."
2. Click the "Delete" button in the "Browsing history" section of the "General" tab.
3. Uncheck "Preserve favorite website data."
4. Check "Temporary Internet files and website files" and uncheck other sections.
5. Confirm that nothing is checked except "Temporary Internet files and website files" and click the "Delete" button.

■ Microsoft Edge
1. From the three dots menu on the menu bar, select "Settings."
2. Select "Privacy and services."
3. In the "Clear browsing data" section, click on "Choose what to clear."
4. From the "Time range" menu, select the time range of the data to clear.
5. Check the box for "Cached images and files" and uncheck other items.
6. Confirm that all items except "Cached images and files" are unchecked and click the "Clear now" button.

■ Google Chrome
1. Move the cursor to "More Tools" in the "..." menu on the menu bar and click "Clear browsing data" on the menu that appears on the side.
2. Select the time range such as "Within 1 hour" or "All time."
3. Check the "Cached images and files" checkbox and uncheck the other checkboxes.
4. Confirm that all checkboxes except for "Cached images and files" are unchecked.
5. Click the "Clear Data" button.

■ Mozilla Firefox
1. Click on "Settings" from the "Tools" menu in the menu bar.
2. Select "Privacy & Security" from the menu.
3. Click the "Clear Data" button in the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
4. Check the "Cached Web Content" checkbox and uncheck the other checkboxes.
5. Confirm that nothing is checked except for "Cached Web Content" and click the "Clear" button.

■ Safari
1. Click on the "Safari" menu in the menu bar and select "Preferences."
2. Click "Advanced" from the menu and select the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" checkbox.
3. The "Develop" menu will appear on the menu bar, so select the "Develop" drop-down menu and click "Empty Cache."


[For Smartphone]
● For Android devices
1. Tap "Settings" from the menu icon.
2. Tap "Advanced," "Privacy" - "Clear browsing data."
3. Select a time range you want to clear from the "Time range to clear data" pull down menu.
4. Select "Cached images and files" checkbox.
5. Tap "Clear Data."

● For iPhones
1. From the Home screen, select "Settings" - "Safari."
2. Tap "Advanced" - "Website Data."
3. Select "Remove All Website Data" and tap "Remove Now."
