Request to Clear Your Cache Due to a Partial Site Redesign

Thank you for your continued use of the Care Robot Portal. On

October 24, 2024, we updated the design of the Care Robot Portal’s homepage.

Depending on your browser settings, cached data may remain in your browser, which could cause display issues such as misalignment. We apologize for the
inconvenience, but if you encounter any display issues, please clear your browser cache using the methods below.


[For PCs]
● For Windows:
Press the [Ctrl] + [F5] keys to refresh the page.

● For Mac:
Press the [Command] + [R] keys to refresh the page.

* If the issue persists after trying the above methods, please follow the steps below.

■ Internet Explorer 11
1. Select "Internet Options" from the " Tools" menu on the menu bar.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the "Browsing History" section on the "General" tab.
3. Uncheck "Keep data from my favorite websites."
4. Check "Temporary Internet files and website files" and uncheck all other items.
5. Verify that nothing other than "Temporary Internet files and website files" is checked, then click the "Delete" button.


■ Microsoft Edge
1. Select "Settings" from the "…" menu on the menu bar.
2. Select "Privacy and services"
3. Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear"
4. Select the time range for the data to be deleted from the "Time range" menu
5. Check "Cached images and files" and uncheck all other items
6. Verify that nothing other than "Cached images and files" is checked, then click the "Clear now" button

■ Google Chrome
1. Hover over "More tools" in the "…" menu on the menu bar, then click "Clear browsing data" from the menu that expands to the side.
2. Select a time range such as "Last hour" or "All time."
3. Check "Cached images and files" and uncheck all other items.
4. Make sure nothing other than "Cached images and files" is checked.
5. Click the "Clear Data" button.

■ Mozilla Firefox
1. Click "Settings" in the "Tools" menu on the menu bar.
2. Select "Privacy & Security" from the menu.
3. Click the "Clear Data" button under the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
4. Check "Cached Web Content" and uncheck all other items.
5. Make sure nothing other than “Cached Web Content” is checked, then click the “Clear” button

■ Safari
1. Click “Preferences” in the “Safari” menu on the menu bar
2. Select “Advanced” from the menu and check “Show Develop menu in menu bar”
3. The “Develop” menu will appear in the menu bar; select “Empty Cache” from the “Develop” menu

[For Smartphones]
● For Android devices
1. Tap "Settings" from the menu icon.
2. Tap "Advanced" > "Privacy" > "Clear browsing data."
3. Under "Clear data for: " Select the time range to clear from the drop-down menu.
4. Check the "Cached images and files" checkbox.
5. Tap "Clear Data."

● For iPhone
1. From the Home screen, select "Settings" > "Safari."
2. Tap "Advanced" > "Website Data."
3. Select "Remove All Website Data" and tap "Remove."
