"Building a Care Support Platform for the Post-COVID Era"
— Realizing a Vibrant Aging Society Through Science-Based Care Utilizing Robotics and IoT Technologies —
(15th Meeting of the Robot Care Equipment Development Partnership)
[Purpose of the Event]
With an eye toward the post-COVID era and the goal of realizing data-driven, scientific caregiving, development is underway on platforms that utilize robots and IoT technology.
At this results presentation, we will introduce case studies of development and implementation for four projects—all related to platforms for caregiving support and daily living assistance—that were part of the FY2020 Development and Standardization Project for Robotic Care Equipment. These presentations will explore how the use of data can revolutionize caregiving operations and support the independence of older adults.We look forward to the participation of many attendees, including care service providers and local government officials who will be users of these care operation and daily living support platforms.
Please note that this symposium also serves as the “15th Partnership Meeting” organized by the “Robotic Care Equipment Development and Standardization Project (Standards Formulation and Standardization Project).”
