・Data linked from each center and record system is displayed in a list on the dashboard screen. You can sequentially review and verify data that could be factors for BPSD or near misses, from the same perspective as a "Maji-Kami" (the qualification name for Benesse Style Care's in-house care experts).
・Utilizing AI, it extracts early signs of BPSD and unusual data, raising alerts as potential contributing factors.
・Staff can build hypotheses for care improvement through data utilization by reviewing and analyzing data with support from the Majishin AI. It is intended for use in conferences, assessments, care plan monitoring, and as material for incident reporting and countermeasure discussions.

・Automatically extract BPSD from text data in the record system using natural language processing + deep learning
・Build a time-series model incorporating trends for residents × features, detecting values deviating from their usual patterns (= outliers)
