Home-Based Elderly Monitoring Network System

I want to keep living in the home I've always known.
But I don't want to be a burden if something happens… For households with seniors living alone
or providing care for each other, we offer monitoring devices that provide peace of mind.

・Sensors are installed in the homes of seniors requiring in-home monitoring, providing care through both well-being checks and hazard detection.
・Well-being checks monitor electricity usage in the user's home to observe daily life.
・Hazard detection uses infrared distance sensors to monitor falls indoors and entry/exit to the bathroom.
・Information detected by the sensors is notified to care facilities, such as those providing regular patrol and on-demand home care nursing services, as both well-being checks and emergency alerts.

Product Features

・Using an infrared distance sensor, it detects user falls day or night and sends images captured during the fall as an emergency notification to the care facility.
・Multiple sensors can be installed in areas requiring monitoring within the user's home, reducing the risk of overlooking hazards.
・By measuring power consumption, the system periodically notifies care facilities of safety status information, enabling monitoring even outside the sensor's range.
・Information detected by the sensors can be reviewed as past notification history within the care facility's record management system.

Technical Features

・The infrared distance sensor captures user movement as a 3D distance image and detects falls using a proprietary algorithm.
・The sensor image prioritizes privacy by capturing only the 3D distance image.
・The power usage monitor checks status hourly and notifies care facilities of abnormalities, reducing the risk of missed reports.
・Abnormal power usage notifications analyze and learn two weeks of past usage data, automatically setting thresholds aligned with the user's lifestyle patterns.
・Communication between sensors uses a robust standard resistant to obstructions, ensuring reliable operation even in home environments.
