Through use case analysis from the field perspective, we designed an interface optimized for care workers. It implements sufficient
functionality to achieve paperless operations in care settings.

＜Viewing Screen＞
◆Intuitive
Screen Design Even care staff who don't regularly use smartphones can master it intuitively without training.
We've also designed screens that allow simultaneous input and confirmation of necessary information, enabling care staff to record data aligned with workflow processes.

◆Real-Time
Information Sharing Abnormalities are highlighted in red, allowing immediate confirmation of related handover
notes. Handover notes and other communications are shared with other staff on tablet devices as soon as they are entered, eliminating the time previously spent leaving workstations to share information.This
reduces staff burden and enhances resident safety.

Input Input is streamlined with selection options and one-tap entry for long texts using customizable templates. Voice input and Apple
Pencil recording are also supported.

◆Preventing
Care Record Errors Eliminating manual transcription, records entered once on the iPad automatically appear on the computer.Unfilled sections
are immediately visible, preventing omissions.

◆Inputted Handover Notes Instantly Reflected Where
Needed Critical handover notes for staff communication appear precisely when needed: on the timeline, in the overall summary, or for individual users. This accelerates and streamlines information sharing among care staff.
