Camera-Integrated Image Recognition Monitoring Platform
A monitoring system for the elderly designed to prevent the worsening of injuries due to being left unattended after a fall or a fall from a height, as well as to prevent a decline in independence caused by post-fall syndrome. In addition to sending alerts
when a dangerous situation is detected, caregivers and family members can view image data captured at the time of the incident, enabling them to provide appropriate care.
Product Features
・Reduces missed alerts and false alarms
・Enables highly accurate hazard detection using proprietary image recognition technology
・Can be used without wearing the device
・Prevents missed alerts caused by forgetting to wear the device
・Alleviates anxiety for family members and caregivers
・Alleviates anxiety through daily status updates (activity levels, conversation volume)
Technical Features
・Image recognition system specialized for human detection: Utilizes algorithms optimized for recognizing people, including their postures
・Privacy-conscious design: By integrating the image recognition system directly into the camera, there is no need to transmit video data (video data is transmitted only when a hazard is detected)
・Real-time response: Real-time recognition is enabled through dedicated hardware
Hazard detection algorithm
・After detecting various postures via image recognition, the system determines whether a situation is hazardous based on posture transitions and the duration of each posture.
・A proprietary algorithm capable of accommodating movement variations specific to each person and situation is used for hazard determination.
