This transfer assistance device is primarily designed to assist with transfers between a bed and a wheelchair, as well as between a bed and a portable toilet, thereby reducing the caregiver's burden. The device features the following characteristics.

・The joystick on the upper arm enables stepless retraction and extension of the left and right belts.

・A single joystick on the upper arm allows independent or simultaneous operation of the left and right belts, enabling the caregiver to always keep one hand free for other tasks.

・The caregiver positions themselves between the patient and the transfer assistance device, ensuring the caregiver and patient remain in close proximity at all times.
